No kidding. License removal just doesn't have any teeth. A small fine here and there. It needs prison sentences, property confiscation, etc. It's either that or we start requiring cars that don't start unless they scan your license and quickly verify that it's *your* license.
And that will never be hacked by enterprising young miscreants who'd love nothing more than to sell a "start all cars" key. I'm telling you...prison is the only thing that's going to work. I'm thinking an Escape From New York-style arrangement.
