Yeah, just regular maintenance? Oil your chain, check the tension, and make sure its not stretched. Make sure the tires have air. Wipe the bike down after riding in wet conditions.
Anything more advanced than that is most likely repair, not maintenance - pulling a BB, checking your wheel bearings - all the same as a regular bike.
Of course, this doesn't really
answer the question originally posed, persay. But it might be somewhat hard to find a book on bicycle repair and maintenance that is track-bike specific.
