I feel like the Kilo TT is more money for not much of a better bike but I'd love to hear others opinions.
I think you are being penny wise and pound foolish (literally). The Kilo TT frame is significantly better than the others, and the frame is the one component you can't change out. The other components are OK to get you started and are easily changed.
