I honestly can't see it being worth anyone's money to drop a few hundred on an entry level steel track bike, when for a little bit more you can get the Team Track, which is the same level of frame and component (sans wheels) which is used at the international competitive level with great success.

The said, the Kilo TT is leaps and bounds better than those other junkers, if only for the fact that it doesn't look like a rolling turd.
