I'd recommend an SRAM or KMC 8 speed chain over the Shimano chain for the sole reason that they come with a quick link. This allows for much easier installation and removal for cleaning. They are much cheaper than that chain from Nashbar too:

In case you were wondering, new 6, 7, and 8 speed chains are all basically the same thing. At one time, 6 and 7 speed chains had non-flush pins that made the chains wider. With the advent of 8 speed, the pins were made flush. Chains are typically listed as being compatible with 6, 7, and 8 speeds for that reason.
