most people say that cassette hubs are better becuase you can run smaller drivetrains and the cog/freewhel (or whatever you want to call it) is built into the hub...but if your not going to run anything smaller than a 36-13 then whats the point in buying a cassete hub if you allready have a flip-flop hub that works fine and every once in a while you blow out a freewheel???
