The beat-up saddle on the bike is an Ideale 59TB model, so I just purchased an Ideale 59TB saddle cover in excellent shape from a chap in France. Not cheap, but I figure once the saddle is mounted (probably with Brooks rivets unless I can find Ideale rivets) on the Duralumin frame I will not lose money on the investment. I believe these are pretty rare.
