Based on this description, I highly recommend you regrease the wheel, bottom bracket, and headset bearings. Personally, I would replace the bearings as well. It might feel fine, but the grease will be solid at this point if it did not get any moisture contamination, and mud if it got any moisture in it.
Cables appear to be rusty, I would replace cables and housings as well.
Nice find!! Paint looks to be in really good shape.
