Assuming that you are OK with the 12-25, you can look at the 27 if you switch as a bailout gear on climbs if you need it. If you really don't need that bailout gear, stick with the 12-25.
That's basically how I'm looking at things...I'm more of a spinner than a masher, I think I'm going to pull the trigger on it, if I dislike I can always sell it and probably won't lose any money. $40 for a 2010 unridden 105 cassette is a decent deal.
