Tonight's commute sucked...

It was raining, the last bus of the night had two bikes on it already (two being the max anyway). I was 10 miles from home. I was nearly hit by a driver who failed to stop at the stop sign (I had stopped and yielded to the car in front of that one). Parts of the trail that I ride was under 20(ish) inches of water. When I got to the end of the trail, I tried to get up to the sidewalk (so I could cross a busy street) and lost it.

The nice thing is that the rain softened the earth, so I only sunk in about 6 inches when I hit the ground.

I was covered in mud, soaked, and now I hurt...
