I think this may be an actual up side of the UCI weight limit. Even though this frame is designed to be strong/aero. Coming out with an "illegal" bike is still no problem with top shelf parts and there is not much point to go any lighter (especially since fuji already has a "light" frame). Several brands already have two competition oriented models, one that's really light and one that's stronger/more aero (fuji, cervelo, felt, ridley, etc.,).
