Question for the guys - positioning of the jewels for guys who get really low

For the guys who are able to roll their pelvis forward and get really low on the bike, when you pull on your bike shorts, do you leave your twig and berries hanging down? Or do you pull them up and use the shorts to hold them up?

The reason I ask is I'm trying to learn to roll my pelvis forward (clockwise as seen from the RHS), and it seems like pulling the jewels up would mean less pressure on them as the pelvis rolls forward than if they were left hanging down.

No doubt the topic will bring out the toddler in many, but this is a serious question.

Edit: This is for a road bike, not a TT bike. Cutout saddle - the Toupe, to be specific.
