Gotta love DC weather. Yesterday this time near 65 degrees. Today, about a 15mph cold as heck strong headwind and got pelted with sleet and snow. Calling for measurable snowfall Friday.

Pedaled my butt off on the way home. Quads burning, head down giving it about all I had. 117 high cadence, 93 average. Got to the end and looked down.... 12mph average. I feel so lame!
