I get up 6:30am. My ride is only 40 minutes and I start work at 9:00, so I leave around 8:00am, but I like to take my time in the morning before leaving. I don't like to rush. When it gets warmer I may want to do extra miles so maybe 6:00am and leave at 7:00am.
