Depending on what shift I have:

Early 7:00 shift - Wake up at 5AM, get on the bike at 5:30AM, ride into work at 6:30AM and get into the shower.
Normal 8:30 shift - Wake up at 6:15, get on the bike at 7:00, ride into work at 8:00 and get into the shower.
Late 1:30 shift - Wake up at 7:30AM, get on the bike at 12:00AM, ride into work at 1PM and get into the shower.
