Lucky bastard. I was briefly there a few years ago with my boys when our snorkeling trip at Bahia Honda was washed out. Melissa and I were there before we had kids, it's fun, we rented a scooter, that was really fun. Bahia Honda SP is beautiful, just up the road a bit, you can see and walk out on the old bridge that was wiped out by a hurricane, the old Flagler railroad. I read a book aBarracuda2006SRogerson1.jpgbout it, you would find it pretty interesting and may make for a good vacay read. Just google Flagler's railroad. Maybe you can ride up route 1 a ways.

You really need to watch out for these. Melissa and I saw lots while snorkeling and one grabbed my line while fishing for tuna, I had a tuna hooked and the cudda cut him in half. Yowza!Barracuda2006SRogerson1.jpg
