ceramic bb for red crank that said, it went on just fine. i'm an engineer (and also a rower!) so i do have some idea of torque'ing forces. i just figured that a stroke at force is roughly 140 lbs, and easy is 40, so using a external bb tool of ~1 foot, i pulled an easy stroke around haha.

sounds stupid, but it's spinning beautifully
