Remove the bottom bracket
turn the frame upside down
1. Try to push on the post from the bottom bracket end using anything that will reach in and around the angle.
2. Take a coat hanger with the end bent past 90* and try to pull it out by catching the edge of the post with the "hook"
3. Very gently tap on the seat tube with a rubber mallet
4. find an easy out tool that is big enough in diameter to fit in the post and rotate it out
