Hi from Orland Park IL! 55 here started riding late summer - LOVE it! I have a Trek 7200 and it's great - especially vs. my old Schwinn that I lived on as a kid.
Type 2 diabetes and when I ride my blood sugar is totally under control. I'm going to ride the 'tour de cure' for Diabetes research this summer. If any are interested - let's do it! I ride up to 3 hours now - average about 10.4 but can do 12 mph for an hour. I'm getting some thinner/higher psi tires installed now and cant wait to get out there again!
