Felt like crap all day. My lower back felt a little sore, my legs felt dead, I didn't have much energy, etc. I almost decided to just "bag" today's training, but decided to go for a ride anyway.
Once on the bike I felt pretty good. Pretty good evolved into 2x20's followed by 30 minutes of tempo after a suitable rest.
Now I feel much better.
Those are the best rides.
