Bikes: '93 Bridgestone MB-3, '88 Marinoni road bike, '00 Marinoni Piuma, '01 Riv A/R

Start somewhere in southern Italy, work my way north, see Sardinia, Corsica, see Florence again, see northern Tuscany, continue north and cross the Alps into France, maybe head for the Pyrenees after that.
