I know some bike shop managers and mechanics. ANYTHING you take to them is a good thing. They love bikes. Your view and comments on this board only steer bike lovers like me from your shop. Bad business! Just trying to give you a helping hint on how to attract customers rather than chase them away!

So who is going to your shop? The guy that just bought a BD bike (another Platypius basher victim)? The dude with the hot Trek he loves so much? Think about it!
