If you find a picture on the internet, right click on the picture and a menu will come up. Press on the properties button then there will be a adress (url) for the picture. Copy the address and go back to the forums, hit relpy and in the reply screen there is a mountain button, press the mountain button, and paste in the pics url and voila you have a posted picture!

Don't be too enthusiastic about this. Doing it this way means that the original site is still providing the bandwidth, and paying for it. They could get grouchy. Some will add hotlink protection to stop this. I have also seen a few examples in website forums where a vulgar or nasty pic was substituted for the original at that url.
