Bikes: 07 Vanilla, 98 IRD road frame built up with 25th Ann DA, Surly cross check with 105 comp, 78 Raleigh Comp GS, 85 Centurionelli

I know it's not really old enough, but to my eye and appreciation for rebuildable, functional, and aesthatic nothing beats Shimano 7700 DA.

I also love the Ofmega Mistral cranks and Premier derailleurs





Which I thought went very well with Campy Monoplanars on my Centurionelli build.
