I love coffee! I take it black, always ground right before brewing. Usually 2 cups a day. One with breakfast and one after lunch. I'd like to drink more but after a couple days of 3+ cups I start getting heart palpitations which, while relatively harmless, are not a nice feeling.

I don't know what impact taking it has on training but not having it would definitely take me down a notch.
