Hi all,

I just bought a wonderful old Miyata 1000 that came with Shimano clipless pedals (PD-6402).
The pedals look like this:


I'm interested in using these, and they're in great condition, but all I've used for pedals thus far are the old fashioned kind (pedals, clips and straps).

So I need a basic primer on clipless systems, but more important, I need to figure out which shoes/cleats I should find. As I understand it, Shimano's LOOK cleats are slightly larger than standard LOOKs. Where should I start?
