I'm getting closer I found my commuter bike a few days ago and have all the repairs made. I'm into a 1996 Diamond Back (Sorrento?) for a whopping $25. I'm adding Michelin 26 x 1.25 tires, full fenders, rear rack today and will be at least finding my route in the next couple of days. I think I'll be into this beast for under $75!

I live in Oregon so obviously I'm in need of some wet weather gear. Any suggestions, I'm looking for the best bang for the buck. It seems that the wet weather gear will cost me more than the bike! Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated and micro brews will be consumed in honor of all the help.
