Rocky Mountain Giro road bike with lugs, full Campy

This is a bike I found in a pretty neglected state but everything works and all it needs is a bit of a shine-up and it should be fine. it is far too small for me but I was thinking that the parts might look nice on my Ciocc so I bought it. I guess this is more of a "What the heck did I just buy?" thread rather than an appraisal thread.

I am not sure what Campy group is on the bike, hopefully someone can tell me, it is 12 speeds and I think that there is only index shfiting. The stem and bars are Cinelli and the wheels are Mavic GP4 tubular rims laced to Campy hubs, again, I don't know what hubs, they just have the shield logo on them.

The lugs remind me a lot of my old Marinoni, did Rocky Mountain contract out some of their frames to Marinoni?

There is a name on the top tube, Derek Bailey.

The model is actually a Team Giro.

The saddle is what caught my eye, it is a nice old Turbo. The seatpost is a Campy aero post and it is 27.2mm. The tubing decal just says Columbus.

Thanks for any input guys/gals!
