Well I went ahead and picked up the world tourist for 40 bucks. It needs tubes and tires and has a scratched up front fender. I must be getting senile. Oh well, it should still turn a dollar this spring. It shifts and brakes like butter...just needs cleaning and tires...maybe a rack will help it out.
