Work on my I-Magic at least 3-4 times a week. Multitudes of tracks to ride if you want to pay attention to them, challenge your old times, or real-life videos. I hooked it up to my tv, rode Milan-San Remo, Alpe Dhuez, etc. It beats looking at the wall, and it will throw a beating on you if you want it to.

I need lots of mental stimulation, get bored easily. Usually ride trainer, watch TV and listen to Ipod, especially while doing base miles for the winter.

This morning, worked up from easy spin, mid range, 55 rpm big gear tempo for 10 minutes, cool down all within an hour. Wattage numbers vs. heart rate let you know how you are progressing.

A good trainer is nothing but a good diversion while you are working on cardio fitness. I love the I-magic for that reason.
