I have a set that has almost that specification, except I got a XR-270 rear rim instead: AC road hubs front and rear, XR-200/XR-270 front/rear rims, 20/24 front/rear DT Revolution spokes, and aluminum nipples.

A 24-spoke rear with the XR-200 didn't seem like a good idea to me unless you're ≤120lb and easy on equipment. The 24-spoke XR-270 rear is holding up my 165lb quite well and only added <50g.
