Hey guys. I'm looking to take these ridiculous insoles out of my Sidis and replace them with some Superfeet ones. I've heard that the best two to use in athletic shoes are the black or yellow ones. Yellow being for shoes with a raised heel. Do Sidis normally have a "raised heel?" I can't tell in my shoes (Sidi Lazer Mesh).

Also, how small do you guys like your shoes? I mean, my toes aren't touching the front, but they are right there. I'll be outgrowing them soon, but I got them for $20 and I plan to use them for at least two seasons.
