Well in my humble opinion, finding another crankset might prove to be more of a challenge than simply changing the rear freewheel. Since all you're looking for is a higher top end, and not concerned about having a lower gear, then an 11-28 cluster should serve you well. Your current cluster has as a low gear a 28 tooth cog anyway. Here is one:

Ed, You may be right. Can't see how the chainring is attached. The crank arm will have to come off . There are no attaching bolts showing. It is probably sandwiched in by the crank arm ? I should have looked before i spoke. There are only some sheet metal screws that hold the chain guard ring on.
