Prior to getting his hands on higher-end stuff such as Paramounts, Olmos and Bianchis, this seller was well known for repainting mid-range frames - usually with bent forks or frame issues - cobbling them back together, then flipping them on eBay for quite high prices - without disclosing any of the damage as mentioned. Buyers would then be taken for a ride as he'd either deny or ignore the damage claims.

The frameset, prior to this orange color, had been refinished black, and had already been modified with that rear rack. Seller purchased it for $300, rechromed it, and repainted it. He wanted $2,000 BIN for the frameset the last time it was up.
