A brief timeline:
1992-5: Peugeot sells licensing rights to BH cycles, BH, Gitane and Peugeot form Cycleurope in 1995. North American licensing sold to ProCycle in Canada
2002: Licensing deals expire with the exception of low end bikes in Germany and Sweden through 2005.
2002-2009: The original Peugeot company produces bicycles.
2010: New licesing deal signed with Cycleurope. Cycleurope introduces 4 'legends' models. Full lineup of bikes to be produced for 2011.

Interesting bike, all modern but with a traditional leather saddle!

Anything on that bike still made in France, other than maybe the saddle. IIRC, Mavic rims are now made in China(?), Michelin tires in Thailand(?), the compnenet group most likely, Shimano, made in the Far East too, the frame will most likely be subcontracted to a factory in China.......Not as Frech as their old bikes,most likely, but at least some of the formerly traditional French eccentricity must have been mostly excorcised out of it.
