We use the Canon powershot SX100IS We use cameras with AA betaries so options are a bit limited.
Plus points, 10X optical zoom, full auto or manual controls, good battery life (over 400 pics).
Minus point, no viewfinder, not so good in low light.
We've found this camera great value for money.
The new model is the SX120IS.
