Performance sells a pedal that uses Delta cleats, Forte CR150. I think Nashbar has a version as well. I'm using the Forte pedals on my bike - they do the job, but started creaking about a thousand miles in. Still, they're on sale for $45.
+1 Couldn't have said it better except I haven't had a creaking problem yet. My vintage uses the Delta cleats and my previous pedals were the CR150's. One set of shoes/cleats for two bikes.
