I like Ebay. At the moment I have a 92' Paramount OS Series fork and frame hanging in the garage. I paid the outrageous sum of $175, including shipping, for the fork, frame, and Shimano 600 headset. The frame is like new.

I had the nearest bike shop install an R700 compact crank. Most of the rest of the build will come from Ebay.
