Be careful what you wish for. Note that I wear a second jersey (in my left hand) over the suspenders, so my fredishness is hidden from the world.

For me, there is only one problem with shorts and tights -- they tend to slide down for some reason, and I end up constantly pulling them up. The suspenders solve that.
