I have a hard time believing it's Danish. The language is French/German (?), and not even the Danes are ironic enough to put the Matterhorn on the head badge.

There _is_ a Tornado bike brand in Denmark, but it's one guy building custom track and racing frames in his garage in Odense (in fact, the last custom frame maker in Denmark, from my understanding).
