+1. I don't know what the diameter is (I assume fuzz2050 is correct - 1/4"), but I have never had a unthreaded brake pad not fit on any of the 1000's of bikes I have worked on over the years. Any "smooth" or "unthreaded" post cantilever brake pads will work without a problem.
