Cycling has been great for fitness, it has helped me lose 40 lbs. It's also been a ton-o-fun. I also enjoy the people I ride with and the time spent putting together bikes.
I've hardly lost an atom but YEAH, it's fun and I'm the fastest wheezing guy on fat tires
