ECB, thanks for the suggestion. I did look at the Carradice and the Brompton as you've suggested but they too wide at 420mm( 16'' ) . I prefer half that width @ 210mm ( 8" ) or narrower.

I have the " folding basket set" . . . and it's great for the groceries. But I need an alternative smaller bag sometimes. I'm looking for a narrow width rather than small capacity.
