I keep mine in my jersey's left rear pocket. If you wear a CamelBak or equivalent, you can get phone "suits" that have a beltclip. I've seen people clip them to the straps. I've also seen specific holders made by the hydration pack manufacturers to specifically secure phones to the strap. They always remind me of grenades for some reason. I'd be tempted to unclip my phone and throw it at the person who cut me off.
