I just finished complaining to Performance yesterday. As a "Team Performance" member, I am supposed to be upgraded to 2 day shipping at no extra charge. Since the Carnac shoes I ordered ended up being a back order, Performance automatically changed the shipping method to USPS. I saw last Wednesday they had shipped and was jazzed that I would be able to test out my new Carnac Heliums that weekend. Alas, I didn't receive them until the following Tuesday. Performance didn't really care.
