Nut on the inside works grrrrreat! Especially if you have rims drilled for Schreader and you can only find a presta tube - holds the stem more securely than those little brass bushings you can buy. Try it if you don't believe me - if you use two presta nuts, no matter what problems you have had your bike, flats at the valve stem will not be one of them.
