This isn't C&V either, but I am in the process of a complete kitchen remodel. My old refrigerator expired a couple of weeks too soon, and we discovered it was still under extended warranty, or rather the compressor was. Mrs. K called, the guy came out, I fully expected a royal screwing. I was totally wrong. It was a simple relay, and there was no charge. It made me happy, and since the guy was honest, I'll definitely use him in the future.
