Last summer I crossed South Korea from my home in Busan to the capital, Seoul. That trip took five days and ran straight through the ccenter of the country, which was perfect since I only had seven days off of work. However, I really really wanted to tour the South West area Jeollando, the "rice bowl" of Korea.

This year I have found myself now living in Seoul and with a little over two weeks off! I am hoping that that will be enough to circumnavigate the whole country along the coastline. We will see, its still in the planning phase since my vacation does not start until late July.
