I live in a very flat area and this is how it breaks down

Solo ride 18.5-20.5 for hour +

Group Rides stopping at lights and whatnot 21-23

Race 23.5-25.5

obviously different terrian matters. But the number of lights and stop signs in NJ doens't help my average either. Whereas somebody in Montana might not worry about these as much.
