This is probably from the early '80s, may be built of Tange Champ #2 tubing, has Suntour forged horizontal DOs, has NOT been drewed, is 58cm C-T with a 56cm TT. here's a "before" pic:

we removed the crank and BB, upon removing the HS I found the race to be cracked so that's toast, too.

Here's the deal: somebody (preferred from this forum) who can pick up locally (SF BayArea) can have the bare frame for FREE...

I have 2 options for a replacement fork, both are all chrome Taiwanese, one threaded and with single eyelets and more clearance, drilled for Allen bolt front brake, close to new appearance; the other threadless, tight clearance, drilled for a nutted front brake and brand new, no eyelets.
I know I have a HS I can install for the threaded fork, don't think I have a 1" threadless HS...I can cut down either fork's steerer and they both are longer than they need be.

If somebody wants the frame WITH a fork and HS I offer to sell that for my cost for those parts, nothing additional for the bare frame...cost will depend on the option but figure between $60-$90 and if you're out of the area shipping is extra, too.

(I will update this with pix of the forks when my camera is charged)
as Oscar Wilde said, "I can resist anything but temptation" so I'm gonna pretend I didn't see this....
